Who We Are

Roundstone specializes in high performance leadership, change management, and cultural transformations. In these times of constant, often radical change, human relationships based on trust and respect are essential to building an agile and resilient workforce. People need to learn and adapt quickly, communicate reliably, and work together more effectively then before. We achieve this symbiosis, by revitalizing an organization from the inside out -- revealing the areas within the collective beliefs, interpretations, and habitual actions that are inconsistent with the corporate vision and purpose.

We at Roundstone, are inspired by the magic of people learning and coming together. Understanding that moving from an old paradigm into the new is not a prescriptive venture –– rather a social, cultural, and conscious collective effort. We empower people, giving them tools to sculpt a new tomorrow: by coaching people, teams, and companies, to deal with issues up front, using honest communication in the now. In short, our work allows our clients and their companies to let go of the past, design in the present, based on the future they wish to create.

Claudia Renchy Morton is an International Coaching Federation certified coach, has a certification in Individual Team Coaching by EMCI Global and is certified in Clean Coaching. She has over 25 years leading teams in the public, non-profit and private industry as a public relations and communications specialist. As an executive leadership coach, she has broad consulting experience from delivering 360s for individuals and teams to offering workshops on trust building. Claudia helps clients develop a rich understanding of their strengths and uncover beliefs that do not support their desired contributions and goals.

One of Claudia’s passions is paying attention to the group process and what roles people take on or are given consciously or unconsciously. She has studied and participated in many Group Relations Conferences in the Tavistock Tradition. Group Relations Conferences are experiential learning events where participants study their own behavior (individual and collective) in large and small groups. In this system one pays attention to authority, role, boundary, task, leadership, and followership. Understanding the concepts of projection and transference within a group gives people more choice to become the leader they truly want to be.

Claudia lives in Burlington, Vermont with her husband, two sons and rescue pup Blu. Claudia finds joy and happiness gathering with family and friends at her cabin in Northern Vermont.
