Train the Trainer
The purpose of the Train the Trainer Program is to train selected employees to champion the vision for the culture and the new way of working and to act as facilitators within the organization to maximize and accelerate the cultural change initiative.
Approach
The program is designed to increase the participant’s ability to facilitate,
coach, present and consult. During the 8-12 months of the program they will be asked to improve their individual ability to self-observe, self-generate and self-correct. The participants will also work in small groups to increase learning by working on their homework assignments, have discussions on the reading and supporting each other in their progress and or breakdowns.
Being an effective TOT means being part of a high performance team and having and acting in new and consistent ways in the world. Below are a few of the practices a TOT lives by:

To accomplish these objectives, you will explore the essentials of leadership. You will learn how to coach others through their ongoing personal learning and development; inspire others to give their best ideas, energy and commitment; and manage your own commitments. By expanding your understanding of leadership, you will have more awareness of your strengths and weaknesses and how they impact your ability to lead.
