Cycling Through the Foundation for Results

TRANSCRIPT

We we're creating possibilities. We're looking at what are the opportunities, what are the best opportunities when within all the possibilities that we have. This you could say, you know, opportunities could also involve, do we have the money to do it? Do we have the time to do it? So you've created possibilities. You're now sifting that into the actual opportunities that you're going to act on.

Inaction is where you demonstrate trust and respect. So you're this is really like a cycle.

It's is alive. It's not static.

So you could have built a great relationship. Right? You've built a really good foundation. You're now in action, making it happen, and then you could have a breakdown.

Right? Somebody doesn't do what they said they were gonna do. Someone drops the ball.

Doesn't that affect the relational field when that happens?

Someone fails you, so time to address it.

Because if you don't address it, it becomes a background conversation and then it affects the whole team. How are we doing as a team? How are we doing together?

As a family even, as a couple. You know, how not not just being in action. Right? How are we doing as a family?

Because anytime you don't create a commitment, anytime you don't stand for something and create something, you will just get what your history gives you.

Your history will tell you what's possible.

And the way that works is it limits and limits and limits.

Creating is really creating. What it do I want? What am I committed to?
