Sometimes you might notice that you're in just kind of a bad mood or that your spouse is in a bad mood and or your kid is in bad mood.
So with let's not look at your spouse or your kid right now. Let's just look at you.
When you are in a mood that you don't wanna be in, in. It's important to understand where is that mood coming from? And we could say it's coming from them. It's coming from this situation.
It's coming from the fact that, you know, I'm not getting something that I want. So there could be all these things around it.
But I want you to think about that your mood is actually coming from an assessment that you have about the future.
If you have an assessment that he will never change or she is always going to be this way, then that and if that's a negative thing that you're assessing, then that will put you in a bad mood or a mood of resignation when you're talking to that person.
That mood of resignation is going to affect how you then communicate or relate to that other person. So start putting your attention on what is the assessment that I'm making about the future? If you're making an assessment of doom and gloom, any doom and gloom that you have about what's going on right now is gonna affect your mood, kind of, you know, sort of like a resident mood, like a mood that's there all the time. You want to move that mood out and you want to create the assessment about the future to be something that's hopeful and that's inspiring.
