Today I want to talk to you about teams and building trust.
In today's world where our teams are coming together, moving around, coming together, we need to be able to build trust pretty quickly with each other because it's just gonna make us a a more effective team, more effective at taking on challenges, more effective at producing results.
However, it doesn't just happen naturally. You have to put some effort into it. And some of the effort you can put in if you're an employee that's been here for a long time is to embrace and get to know the new team member.
If you're a new team member, help build your relationship with people by asking them questions, saying good morning, getting to know them, sharing yourself. All of those things are little things that you can do to help build your team more quickly and more effectively.
