As an associate architect with a Burlington commercial architectural firm Truex Cullins, Tom Hengelsberg struggled with bringing his team’s projects in on time and on budget. After attending Roundstone’s Team Skills & Coaching program, Tom taught people in his organization about the Action Cycle, a tool for tracking commitments to action.
