All complaints have a commitment behind them. So if there's something that's bugging you about your job, an area that you think you could make an improvement, an area that you think you're doing something that doesn't make any sense to you, that you think you might have more to contribute than you're being asked to do, my coaching is to get prepared and bring it to your boss in a way that is responsible, in a way that they can hear it, and that fits into the things that they're needing to get done.
